Dr. Bradley Borougerdi

Dr. Bradley J. Borougerdi is Professor of History at Tarrant County College (TCC), where he teaches classes in U.S. History, African American History, and World Civilizations.  He also runs the school's aquaponics system and works on several campus sustainability projects.  As a cultural historian, his main areas of historical interest and research include Transatlantic history, Orientalism, intercultural transfers, the African Diaspora, and revolutions and transformations.  In addition to serving as a Board Member for Southside Community Garden, he is also the co-founder of Tarrant County Coalition for Peace and Justice (TCCPJ) and an avid gardener.
